Stay in the know with what is happening at WATE! This week we...

Walking and Talking About Eating or WATE, is a program designed to educate the Tallahassee community on healthy eating and exercise habits. According to Food Research and Action, it is estimated that "31.8% of children and adolescents are overweight or obese." WATE, therefore, has an emphasis on childhood obesity prevention. The children are the future, and it is time to give them the necessary tools to make the right decisions and win the war against obesity.
